Fig & Burrata Toast

Addicting creamy, sweet and zesty fig & burrata toast that’s super easy to make and tastes scrumptious!  

Ingredients:

Fresh figs, stemmed and sliced

Sourdough Bread, cut into ½ inch slices

Fresh Burrata

Good extra-virgin olive oil

Good balsamic vinegar

Pinch of salt

Ground black pepper

Red chili flakes

Honey

Fresh thyme

 

Instructions:

1.     Toast the bread.

2.     Drizzle each toast with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

3.     Spread the burrata onto each piece of bread.

4.     Sprinkle with pinch of salt and ground black pepper.

5.     Top with fig slices.

6.     Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with red chili flakes.

7.     Garnish with fresh thyme.
